Aromatherapy Frequencies

Aromatherapy Frequencies: clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any known natural substance. They start at 52 MHz for Bergamot Oil and go as high as 320 MHz for Rose Oil. The frequencies of essential oils have the ability to help restore and/or maintain a person's own frequency for optimal health, creating an environment in which microbes can't survive. My dear ones. Consider my messages clear. No one is asking you to fight Monsanto. No one is calling on you to demand anything. Give only light as masters do. Be quiet. As an Awakened being, not giving your attention to Monsanto does more than going against them. Your days are not for going against anything. Celebrate the love that flows through you. Make decrees about nature being abundant with nutritious, clear of GMO, foods. Give all of your attention to giving. Help create your decrees with heart directed action. Being against anything, as I've always said, calls that thing into action. Being for anything calls that into action.

As for the money. I didn't say the yuan would get accepted as the new reserve currency, only that what the Chinese decide could demolish all currencies. Buying gold or silver will not create dominance in a dead economy. It will not get you the things you need. Making friends with your neighbors, to come together to create more abundance for all, is needed more.

Abundance is your goal, not money. Abundance can include money when currencies are created anew, but not when they are disappearing. What is needed in a great depression is to heal the situation with the development of new attitudes. Then the controllers cannot control. An attitude of abundance with a great delivery of caring will give more aid to the current monetary demise than greeting your days with depression or dark attitudes. Give light. Masters do not need to carry concerns. All is in perfect order.

Masters only need to act as they are guided to act by their inner knowing. My teaching is only a supplement. No guide of my realm gives you negative material to cause fear. My words are to give you more awareness, and contact with inner guidance is to lead you to the best choices.

Clear any dense attitudes about my words and find the answers to your confusion in my long term message: be awake, be aware, and delight the change agents in the world with your calm. Make your own contact with the loving and caring Masters. Give them your active LIGHT, which equals open hearts and an absence of mental divisiveness. Share your mental concerns but don't make them your mantra.

You Were Made for This

My friends, do not lose heart. We were made for these times. I have heard from so many recently who are deeply and properly bewildered. They are concerned about the state of affairs in our world now. Ours is a time of almost daily astonishment and often righteous rage over the latest degradations of what matters most to civilized, visionary people.

You are right in your assessments. The lustre and hubris some have aspired to while endorsing acts so heinous against children, elders, everyday people, the poor, the unguarded, the helpless, is breathtaking. Yet, I urge you, ask you, gentle you, to please not spend your spirit dry by bewailing these difficult times. Especially do not lose hope. Most particularly because, the fact is that we were made for these times. Yes. For years, we have been learning, practicing, been in training for and just waiting to meet on this exact plain of engagement.

I grew up on the Great Lakes and recognize a seaworthy vessel when I see one. Regarding awakened souls, there have never been more able vessels in the waters than there are right now across the world. And they are fully provisioned and able to signal one another as never before in the history of humankind.

Look out over the prow; there are millions of boats of righteous souls on the waters with you. Even though your veneers may shiver from every wave in this stormy roil, I assure you that the long timbers composing your prow and rudder come from a greater forest. That long-grained lumber is known to withstand storms, to hold together, to hold its own, and to advance, regardless.

In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that. There is a tendency, too, to fall into being weakened by dwelling on what is outside your reach, by what cannot yet be. Do not focus there. That is spending the wind without raising the sails.

We are needed, that is all we can know. And though we meet resistance, we more so will meet great souls who will hail us, love us and guide us, and we will know them when they appear. Didn't you say you were a believer? Didn't you say you pledged to listen to a voice greater? Didn't you ask for grace? Don't you remember that to be in grace means to submit to the voice greater?

Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach. Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely. It is not given to us to know which acts or by whom, will cause the critical mass to tip toward an enduring good.

What is needed for dramatic change is an accumulation of acts, adding, adding to, adding more, continuing. We know that it does not take everyone on Earth to bring justice and peace, but only a small, determined group who will not give up during the first, second, or hundredth gale.

One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. Soul on deck shines like gold in dark times. The light of the soul throws sparks, can send up flares, builds signal fires, causes proper matters to catch fire. To display the lantern of soul in shadowy times like these – to be fierce and to show mercy toward others; both are acts of immense bravery and greatest necessity.

Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it. If you would help to calm the tumult, this is one of the strongest things you can do.

There will always be times when you feel discouraged. I too have felt despair many times in my life, but I do not keep a chair for it. I will not entertain it. It is not allowed to eat from my plate.

The reason is this: In my uttermost bones I know something, as do you. It is that there can be no despair when you remember why you came to Earth, who you serve, and who sent you here. The good words we say and the good deeds we do are not ours. They are the words and deeds of the One who brought us here. In that spirit, I hope you will write this on your wall: When a great ship is in harbor and moored, it is safe, there can be no doubt. But that is not what great ships are built for.

As the holidays approach, the giant Asian factories are kicking into high
gear to provide Americans with monstrous piles of cheaply produced goods --
merchandise that has been produced at the expense of American labor. This
year will be different. This year Americans will give the gift of genuine
concern for other Americans. There is no longer an excuse that, at gift
giving time, nothing can be found that is produced by American hand , YES THERE IS!

It's time to think outside the box, people. Who says a gift needs to fit in
a shirt box, wrapped in Chinese produced wrapping paper?
Everyone -- yes EVERYONE gets their hair cut. How about gift certificates
from your local American hair salon or barber?

Gym membership? It's appropriate for all ages who are thinking about some
health improvement.

Who wouldn't appreciate getting their car detailed? Small, American owned
detail shops and car washes would love to sell you a gift certificate or a
book of gift certificates.

Are you one of those extravagant givers who think nothing of plunking down
the Benjamins on a Chinese made flat-screen? Perhaps that grateful gift
receiver would like his driveway sealed, or lawn mowed for the summer, or
driveway plowed all winter, or games at the local golf course.

There are a bazillion owner-run restaurants -- all offering gift
certificates. And, if your intended isn't the fancy eatery sort, what about
a half dozen breakfasts at the local breakfast joint. Remember, folks this
isn't about big National chains -- this is about supporting your home town
Americans with their financial lives on the line to keep their doors open.

How many people couldn't use an oil change for their car, truck or
motorcycle, done at a shop run by the American working guy?

Thinking about a heartfelt gift for mom? Mom would LOVE the services of a
local cleaning lady for a day.

My computer could use a tune-up, and I KNOW I can find some young guy who is
struggling to get his repair business up and running.

OK, you were looking for something more personal. Local crafts people spin
their own wool and knit them into scarves. They make jewelry, and pottery
and beautiful wooden boxes.

Plan your holiday outings at local, owner operated restaurants and leave
your server a nice tip. And, how about going out to see a play or ballet at
your hometown theater.

Musicians need love too, so find a venue showcasing local bands.

Honestly, people, do you REALLY need to buy another ten thousand Chinese
lights for the house? When you buy a five dollar string of light, about
fifty cents stays in the community. If you have those kinds of bucks to
burn, leave the mailman, trash guy or babysitter a nice BIG tip.

You see, Christmas is no longer about draining American pockets so that
China can build another glittering city. Christmas is now about caring about
US, encouraging American small businesses to keep plugging away to follow
their dreams. And, when we care about other Americans, we care about our
communities, and the benefits come back to us in ways we couldn't imagine.
THIS is the new American Christmas tradition.

groups -- throw up a post on Craigslist in the Rants and Raves section in
your city -- send it to the editor of your local paper and radio stations,
and TV news departments. This is a revolution of caring about each other,
and isn't that what Christmas is about?

Last week, newly-arrived in Athens as part of the US Boat to Gaza project, our team of activists gathered for nonviolence training. We are here to sail to Gaza, in defiance of an Israeli naval blockade, in our ship, "The Audacity of Hope." Our team, and nine other ships' crews from countries around the world, want Israel to end its lethal blockade of Gaza by letting our crews through to shore to meet with Gazans. The US ship will bring over 3,000 letters of support to a population suffering its fifth continuous decade of de facto occupation, now in the form of a military blockade controlling Gaza's sea and sky, punctuated by frequent deadly military incursions, that has starved Gaza's economy and people to the exact level of cruelty considered acceptable to the domestic population of our own United States, Israel's staunchest ally.

The international flotilla last year was brutally attacked and the Turkish ship fired on from the air, with a cherrypicked video clip of the resulting panic presented to the world to justify nine deaths, one of a United States citizen, most of them execution-style killings. So it's essential, albeit a bit bizarre, to plan for how we will respond to military assaults. Israeli news reports say that their naval commandos are preparing to use attack dogs and snipers to board the boats. In the past, they have used water cannons, taser guns, stink bombs, sound bombs, stun guns, tear gas, and pepper spray against flotilla passengers. I've tried to make a mental list of plausible responses: remove glasses, don life jacket, affix clip line which might prevent sliding off the deck, carry a half onion to offset effect of tear gas, remember to breathe.

Israel Defense Forces are reportedly training for a fierce assault intended to "secure" each boat in the flotilla, the "Freedom Flotilla 2". As passengers specifically on the U.S. boat, we may be spared the most violent responses, although Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has not ruled out such violent responses and has preemptively certified any response we may "provoke" (in sailing from international waters to a coastline that is not part of Israel) is an expression of Israel's "right to defend themselves" (http://electronicintifada.net/...). Israel says it is prepared for a number of scenarios, ranging "from no violence" (which it knows full well to expect) to "extreme violence" (http://www.jpost.com/...). We are preparing ourselves not to panic, and to practice disciplined nonviolence whatever scenario Israel decides to enact.

If they overcome our boat swiftly, they will presumably handcuff us and possibly hood us, before commandeering our ship toward an Israeli port, removing us from the ship, jailing us and (judging from their past actions) deporting us. I don't know what country I would be deported to, but I would eventually return to the U.S. and to my home city of Chicago, and to a safety I cannot share with the desperate people of Gaza, or friends from throughout this region so troubled by war, much of it instigated by my own countryThe slogan of our flotilla is "Stay Human." It's advice that exposure to violence, real or imagined, always tempts us to forget. Young friends I have met in Afghanistan, faced with pervasive everyday precarity I cannot easily imagine, have expressed this idea in a YouTube video which utterly takes my breath away: http://www.youtube.com/... They ask Gazan youth to hold on to hope and to the capacity for childlike joy: "To friends in Gaza: don't stay angry for too long, Stay together, and love from us in Afghanistan!"

My fellow passenger John Barber recently visited Gaza, and this morning he told me a harrowing story of a Gazan family, that of a farmer named Nasr, living near the Gazan-Israeli buffer zone. The first attack took place in June of 2010. To quote John's website: ""the Israeli army attacked the family home while the children were playing outside"Nasr's wife, Naama, was in the front yard when a tank 500 meters from the home fired shells packed with nails at the home. Nasr's wife, torn to ribbons, bled to death in the yard when ambulances were not permitted down the narrow dirt road to his home." Ambulance stoppages are a frequent punitive measure used against Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza."

"After the second attack," which occurred in April 2011, "Nasr's family moved to a house in the village, near to the cemetery where his wife was buried. One night, around midnight, Nasr woke to find his children gone. He went outside and found them at their mother's grave." The next day he took them away from that village and back to their land, to try and put the past behind them, and await a future they can barely hope will be kind.

I hope that our ship will make it to Gaza. I hope Johnny Barber can again visit Nasr, and that I can visit the family and the trapped young men who sheltered me during the final days of the crushing December 2008 "Operation Cast Lead" bombardment. I hope that our ship will make it out of dock - acting on an "anonymous complaint," the government here has demanded an inspection of several days before they will allow our (entirely seaworthy) ship to sail. With its world-headline-producing economic troubles, Greece seems incredibly vulnerable to the intense pressure that the Israeli and U.S. governments seem openly prepared to exert: we hope that neither economic nor political blackmail will succeed at stopping our ship from leaving the spot near Athens where it is waiting to receive us.

"Please don't lose the human capacity for happiness." My Afghan friends in the video urge us to stay human. Ali, who speaks in the video, has been harassed by Afghan security forces since becoming active with the Afghan Youth Peace Volunteers. So has his family. Others of his companions have faced death threats, interrogation, arson and theft. Their persistence encourages and guides me, and I struggle to let their persistence urge me on, because staying human is also about doing what is right.

I think of Nasr's children watching their mother die, and I think that if they're going to stay human then I and my countrymen and women ought to help. We have to become more human than we've so far managed to be: We have to make sacrifices to stop the crimes that are ultimately being committed in our names. In different ways, we have to risk the consequences of being where we need to be when we need to be there. We have to stand up to injustice and with the victims of injustice, and rely on our opponents to find their humanity in time, given enough examples of what it can look like. When we find ourselves, against all odds, staying human, that example surprises us and helps sustain us in hope for the power of humanity. We hope we will be allowed through to Gaza, we hope that the siege will be lifted, and that in this time when humankind can so little afford the nightmares of greed and ignorance that rend the Middle East and that render our leaders incapable of uniting to address ever-more desperate, ever-more-frightening global crises, we as a species, one with no assurance of its perpetual survival, will somehow find some way to stay human.

Making a Meaningful Difference

Most of my messages give answers to what has become a major disaster for the majority of Earth's inhabitants. Nowhere can one answer be found about the annihilation of the human experiment. Only awareness can make a difference. Awareness comes when many conscious beings, acting from honest contributions to the collective dream, change the manifestion. Collective awareness and actions towards a different actualization can awaken others to join the change activities. Collective consciousness can do what one or two cannot. But one or two can make awareness their goal and act as change agents for new beginnings.

Corruption has been the most disturbing dilemma of modern times. Any answer to corruption will mean nothing unless corrupt minds can be anointed with grace. As an answer of this nature is bigger than anything man has been able to accomplish, more than an army of highly developed Masters are needed to deliver this amount of grace. An ascension of millions can do it. Not an ascension of the heart of humans, but a manifestation so huge that it cannot be denied.

In this existing collective consciousness there needs to be more than a dream of new conscious actions making a difference. This is why ascension as a group was conceived. Masters on all the continents have gone on after death of the body to lead more to ascension. Most of these leaders of awareness are the latest incarnation of another drama made into a most dramatic answer to corrupt conditions. It was the drama of Jeshua ben Joseph that got the attention of the masses. In another time it was the Buddha who was the catalyst for more awareness. Now it is a group of aware beings (collectively) that will make a major contribution to the healing of corruption in the most non-aware drama that has continued to emerge since Jeshua's days on Earth.

Politics and deception are not new. Both have manifested human greed as the optimum anthesis of its development. Controllers have been around since the Angels anointed the concept in the pre-dawn of human conception. Controllers are the dancers who make the need for light apparent. It is their gift to man.

Are we (Angels and Masters) an answer to duality consciousness? No, duality will always continue to be the Earth's dream condition. Our contribution is to those who are able to transcend duality.

Having a manifestation like Earth, where souls can become aware of the mental concepts that do not grow into love, became the Masters common ground to make a new advanced civilzation from the ashes of destruction. All those who chose to assist in this conversion became an adept of the divine, to deliver their awareness to the new collective being developed. An answer to human greed is in this collective anointing all the continents with grace.

Apathy among this group, and misguided New Age contributors to the mesmerization of the minds of many, has drained the collective of many contributions to this awareness that could have made a difference. As this has not developed as originally conceived, new approaches are in process.

Are you able to be one of the agents of change needed on this rocky road to ascension? We will all benefit, as a mass ascension can make the needed difference.

Are You Available?

Channeling this message is not an act of comfort to the channel. It comes to her as a gift from me, and can be distributed or not, at her discretion. My choice is to notify, not frighten. As you can determine your own ability to calm the mind, only move on to the next material as this applies. Give yourself this gift of awareness only when the mental demons are quiet.

Are you able to make a new life today without disturbance? Are you able to give away all of your most cherished possessions, as in the case of moving away in an instant of new courage? Are the cords cut to all who decide not to leave and go along with this move? Can you detach now? My questions are a test of your ability to ascend. Perhaps this anchor of new awareness can determine this for you.

Can you move away when a new day dawns? Are you ready to act on divine guidance to do so? I'm not talking about going to another corner of your world, or to a quiet Island for a month's retreat. I'm talking about moving away to another dimension of awareness that includes no contact with those who are not coming with you.

Followers of many channels will condemn these comments because they are not as delicious an image as the directives of most. I am delivering news today that an ascension call will come in the next few months, and all who are clearly available can go to the next condition of awareness along with this channel. Are these requirements, as they fit with my other list, able to be decreed as the decision you are prepared to make? Are these teachings about ascension able to move you to this conclusion, in light of all the things we have been giving as criteria? Are you able to leave the 3rd dimension now?

Portals will open in a few months time. Can you be one of those to go on to the next contract of mastery in a human body? Are these words causing you any disturbance? In the next weeks we will give no new material about ascension. In these next days you must get ready or not, depending on your choice. My messages from now on will be more about how to adapt to the new conditions that are to occur for those choosing not to ascend. And during these months, decide, because clear guidance, direct from within those who can determine these messages are not mind's deception, comes to ascend (as a group) those who are qualified.

At this gateway, only one million are completely at the level of ascension completion. But during the next months this can be increased. Clear the mind, open the heart, and greet all as loved ones without any negative attitudes. As these qualities are attributes that qualify, the only other thing needing to be done is to have enough courage to deny the controlling ego when the ascension call comes.

Presence is the open door. Ask not the date and time, only have Being awareness as the goal, and get out of the way of mind's decisions.
